My Third Age - Time of Fulfillment

Now in my Third Age, with my role in my family changing, and through a shifting career and work focus, I looked more deeply within myself to find that which gives me a sense of meaning, purpose and passion. This is a time when from the vantage point of long and varied experience I can take particular note of what is really important to me and how I want to “spend” the time remaining to me. Now I can revisit/reclaim some of what I neglected along the way, clear out unwanted baggage, heal old wounds and see where I want to grow to become more balanced and whole—both as an individual and as an integral part of the immense web of life. As I do this work, involving mind, heart, body and spirit, I am able to make more intentional choices about how I want to live and how I want to contribute in order to make a difference as I mature into the fullness of my potential.

“The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but reveal to them their own.” ~ Disraeli
